Customer Service Mobile App

Customer facing mobile app for the utility space that allows customers to pay their bill, view their billing history, report an outage, check their outage status, and monitor energy usage. This project required iterative design that incorporated feedback from stakeholders and a large development team, in addition to maintaining the vision of the project. The result is native mobile apps for both iOS and Android across 7 operating companies in 13 states
